Partner
Come to us with the session, not the tier.
Most sponsorship decisions get made against a theme and a delegate count. Ours can be made against the actual conversations: twelve sessions, and the evidence each one is built on. If landed cost and trade exposure is your market, day one has a working session on it. If it is autonomous decisioning or warehouse automation, day two opens your customers' questions for you.
And it is a working agenda. The topics are set, but the talking points under them are still being built, so if you know what your buyers are actually stuck on, that is worth telling us early, while the questions are still being written.
The room those conversations happen in
Enterprise value leaders
Chief supply chain officers, COOs and CFOs from manufacturing, FMCG and automotive. The largest share of the room, deliberately.
Fulfilment and retail
Heads of supply chain and logistics from retail, e-commerce and quick commerce: the businesses whose delivery promise sets everyone else's baseline.
Policy architects
The people who design the network everyone else operates in. Invited as practitioners, never as sponsors.
Infrastructure and 3PL
Logistics park developers, cold chain, and the third and fourth-party operators who carry the freight.
Technology and automation
Kept deliberately small and capped. In the room as participants, on the record like everyone else.
Consulting and analysts
The smallest group in the room, and present to be argued with rather than to present.
What partnership gets you
Five things a stand cannot give you.
Every level touches all five. Which measure of each is what separates them, and it is the substance of the conversation.
01
The room, properly.
Delegate passes drawn from within the room, briefed and matched to what you are trying to do rather than handed out at a desk.
02
The conversation before the day.
Your questions in our research, your themes in the agenda development, and introductions made deliberately rather than left to a coffee break.
03
Editorial reach beyond the day.
Sessions become written analysis on TNF India and travel far past the room. Partners are part of that, properly attributed.
04
A relationship, not a stand.
We are a small team running a focused programme across the year. Partners who work with us tend to stay across events rather than buying one and disappearing.
05
The same intelligence as everyone else.
The post-event report, the survey results, the persona report and the full session record. Every level gets the identical set.
Three ways to partner
Inclusions are below. Rates are not published. They belong in a conversation where we can work out which of these actually fits what you are trying to do.
01
Industry Partner
Premier
A position in the programme, two partnered articles on tnf-india.com, a premium platform presence across both days, staff passes and the full intelligence suite.
02
Solution, Services or Stack Partner
Premium
Three distinct categories on the same terms. A programme position, an Expert's Voice feature, a platform presence and staff passes.
03
Ecosystem Partner
Growth
A networking pod with display console, staff passes, and the same post-event data and reports as every other tier.
What partnership does not get you
The question.
A programme position is a seat, not a slot to fill. What no level buys is the question the session takes on. The agenda sets it, the moderator runs the room, and every session ends in open floor questions like every other.
A logo wall in place of a conversation.
We would rather have four partners genuinely inside the programme than fourteen names in a footer.
Co-located
Three summits in one city, one week
Partners working across more than one of these should talk to us about it together rather than separately, because the audiences overlap in ways that are worth planning around.
2 December
Clean Stack Forum: Transport & Logistics
Green and lean freight. Fleet owners, multimodal operators and the people running the state's ports, corridors and freight rail.
3 December
Data Stack Global India: Construction & Infrastructure
Data, risk and digital delivery in the built environment. Asset owners, EPC digital leads and the funds that hold the asset.
2–3 December
Advantage Chain Summit
This one. Across both days, running alongside the other two, and the grids are aligned so a delegate can cross between rooms without missing anything.
Tell us what you are trying to achieve and we will tell you honestly whether this room can do it.
